Do you have a minimum order?

Below is the minimum order for each pricing tier of custom sugar cookies. More information for each tier can be found on the “Pricing” page.

  • Plain Cookies- 1 dozen

  • Regular Cookies- 2 dozen

  • Elaborate Cookies-1 dozen

  • Logo Cookies- 1 dozen

Drop cookies can be ordered by the dozen through the link on the top of the “Ordering” page.


What is your cancellation policy regarding custom sugar cookies?

A non-refundable deposit, half the cost of full order, is required upfront in order to be booked in my calendar. Every order must be paid in full one week before booked date. If an order has to be cancelled, do so as soon as you are aware it needs to be cancelled. If an order is cancelled and the order has already been made or started, payment will not be refunded as each product is custom made and perishable.


Do you take rush orders?

If my schedule allows, I will accept rush orders (less than one week until event).

Rush orders will be charged an extra percentage of order total as follows:

  • 6-7 days until event: 25%

  • 3-5 days until event: 50%

  • 1-2 days until event: 75%-100%


Where do I pickup my order?

Pickup details will be provided in the order invoice! We currently are unable to deliver any orders. Shipping is available if needed for custom sugar cookies. All pickups are held in Raleigh, NC.


How will my order be packaged?

Custom sugar cookies come individually packaged in a heat-sealed bag at no additional cost to the customer.

Drop cookies will be packaged in a box.


How long do the cookies last?

All heat-sealed sugar cookies will be freshest for two weeks after receiving them. These can also be frozen until a later date. If frozen, they are best before six months. Cookie care instructions will be provided with custom sugar cookie orders.
